In order to be free we must bury all that’s unprofitable, unproductive and stagnant in our lives. Some of the physical ways to clear our space is clean up get rid of old things, clothes, books, toiletries, make up all those CD’s, broken pens, things we’ve been saving and holding onto. Emotional ways are to journal everyday get rid of those feelings, thoughts and beliefs you are holding onto, trust me journaling is cathartic and you’ll have a much clearer outlook. Another great way us to check you body for knots and aches and pains, do some stretches or have a massage, do some breathing exercises it doesn’t have to be excessive just some light stuff. Cleaning and burying is a step into freedom from all that old stuff you will feel lighter and have a much more clearer disposition.
