 Quando todo o seu organismo parar de funcionar e a vida se esvair de seu corpo e você que um dia transitou sobre a terra com este veículo terrestre que chamamos de corpo humano, enfim tonar-se de algo tangível para uma memória abstrata, tonar-se um caleidoscópio composto pelas percepções e aspectos das lembranças que terão de você, responda: tens vivido a sua vida de forma que teria orgulho ou arrependimento quando os que você ama falarem a seu respeito?

Inegável é que somos apenas lembranças quando não estamos materializados, e que apenas "viveremos após a morte" enquanto alguém lembrar-se de nós.  Pois não somos, estamos e tudo é tão efêmero.

IS THERE LIFE AFTER DEATH?

Afterlife or life after death has always been a controversial topic. Some people never believed that there is life after death, which can be true because we have no such scientific claims that can prove the afterlife. On the other hand, some people blindly believe that there is an afterlife where pure souls are transferred to heaven and treated well as a reward for their human services (selflessness). In contrast, the cursed souls are sent to hell and tortured to punish their inhumane materialistic behavior. Several folk tales give descriptions of the ghosts and afterlife, but they are just tales. 

During the ‘Dwapar yuga Arjun was told by Lord Shree Krishna that the human soul is mortal as it travels from one body to another. He objectified the human body as clothes and the human soul as a human to explain that as humans change their clothes each day, similarly the soul changes its body after death. But Shree Krishna also mentioned that there is nothing that human or human soul takes into reincarnation or rebirth. Humans have to suffer all the consequences of their deeds, whether good or bad in particular life; there is nothing called heaven or hell. Therefore we are unable to find any justified proof against the concept of an afterlife.

There are many places all around the world that are considered haunted or are closed for visitors due to traces of paranormal activities. These people believe that the souls who left the world unsatisfied or circumstantially are not ready to go to this materialistic world, so they wander around or get trapped in the place where they lost their lives. This is why many ancient monuments and sites are haunted, where a lot of people committed suicide or were forced to death. Generally, theists are the ones who strongly believe in the concept of an afterlife. 

Every religion has a different story regarding death and the afterlife. Still, all the religious books, mythological books, and holy books convey the same ideology of human body and soul connection, as explained by Shree Krishna in Bhagwat Geeta. In such religious countries as India, you are raised with stories of boon, curse, reincarnations, ghosts, hell, heaven, magic, etc., so you are bound to believe in the concepts of the afterlife. 

The reversibility of the life cycle is somehow true to rebirth and reincarnation at a spiritual level. But cbse schools in Dehradun suggest that, there is no fact that there exists any other world where the souls or the life after death exists. This is a concept that is primarily just heard. The soul is an energy that originated from this Holy Earth and got submerged with it after death. Sometimes we can experience this form of power in the form of ghosts at several places, and sometimes people bring stories about the appearance of the spirits. These stories originated from the people who might or might not be true but have made an imaginative figure about their appearance. 

The ghost stories or the paranormal films and movies visualize this image and present us with all the haunted films, novels, short stories, animations, etc. As these are just the images that are pictured by the human brain, so some of the writers and movie makers define the ghosts with their unfriendly and horrific behavior, and some represent our even traits and even try to collaborate the humans with the ghosts. The stories of ghosts are as real as the stories of unicorns and fairies.
