In an afternoon daily grand round, after an HMO presentation, this Chinese consultant jumped all the way to the front. He was like, "yea I think you are doing a very good job, your speech is fantastic, but I wanna share some of my clinical experience." Then he started drawing on the blackboard and demonstrating how hard it was to get biopsy from the ampulla of duodenum. These surgeons are so passionate about their job, and teaching and sharing their knowledge with the younger ones. Not just him but everyone wants to take a part in the discussion and sharing.
