This is one of those art pieces that probably doesn’t quite line up with what was written. But oh well.

Been reading a fic called “A Future Without Them”. Go check it out!! It’s a good read so far.

 Memories flooded their mind of commands being issued, a guiding hand telling them to do so many things, but in the end instructing them exactly on how to be kind.

"That's what we used to be, right? We helped each other! why..."

-why did the Angel look at them like they were a stranger? why did those eyes look even more tired when Frisk appeared?

The last scene the Angel had with Frisk in chapter 25 of @star-pup01 's A future without them, was especially special to me because i can see how, from Frisk's view, the two are somewhat friends, partners whose relationship may have soured somewhere (with the multiple resets and geno route) but still it's one of Frisk's longest relationships with anyone. to Frisk the Angel just one day move on, and they can no longer feel them and their influence.

But to the Angel Frisk, it is a reminder of a time spent trapped in a mountain-shaped cage, they are trapped by a fixed scenario-based prison where Frisk and the monster get to have a future, but they DON't, a dream that they are not allowed to be free from.

This should have had more panels/drawings and been constructed more cleanly. Before this got lost in a file, I should have posted it and been done with it. The reason as to why this little project needs to be put out uncooked is that there has been... a certain incident (My Dearest Father got hit by a car, and thus my siblings and i are all currently focusing on his recovery)

Hopefully ya'll still see the vision my ass couldn't bear seeing this anymore :(

Drawing goobers is always fun after all. Also maybe someone should find a way to give the Angel some TP max, it would have been pretty useful for that Astor fight am I right.

I love how everyone is drawn in this so dearly actually. Ralsei just being so unbelievably happy that his friend is back. Susie and Kris collectively going "ARE YOU SEEING THIS SHIT?" Both of them are in equally different levels of "oh my god something is very wrong here"

I call this one "Sans strikes again" or alternatively "that fucking skeleton that I hate"

From a fanfic that I am currently reading, from @star-pup01 it's called "a future without them" and it's quite a lovely time, absolutely adore how accurate these characters feel to their canon counterparts and this mfer wants the angel to stop struggling like he did.

Sorry for the long ass wait for this one to be finished, I got super turbo sickness 5000 over here and did not wanna pick a pen until it was over
