I changed femme Pete’s name to Petra, because not only does it sound similar enough, but by a simple search, that’s literally the female version of the name.

Headcannon AGA!:

The animatronics from the other establishment (Pete, Dottie, Finn)

Do get punishments, like for example getting locked in a dark room for hours.

(the reasoning is always dumb when they get punished by their "Dad")

Finn: Are we gonna be let out yet?

Pete: Now how would I know!?(In an angry tone)

Finn: *sigh sadly*

(Silence for a bit)

Pete: Maybe in a few more hours, I still hear the employees nearby.

Headcannon number 2#:

Pete gets locked in a dark room often.

That's his usual punishment because he, one doesn't like the dark, nor being alone for a long period of time.

So he has gotten used to knowing when, or how long he's gonna be in there. (by the light shining through the door and sound.)

Them getting punishments, like being locked in a dark room seems like something their boss would do.

Just look at their faces:

(Pete is smiling but in the other panel he looks nervous.)

Wouldn't doubt he does something to them.

Or maybe they are just nervous of being possibly scrapped. But it's just a headcannon.
