I changed femme Pete’s name to Petra, because not only does it sound similar enough, but by a simple search, that’s literally the female version of the name.

I finally .. finalized these designs, I originally wanted to stay as faithful to Quinn’s as possible, but I like these versions a lot better.

❦ “DAD” / THE BOSS, DAVE MILLER
• Supposed to resemble, act, and basically BE Shadow Freddy in
multiple ways (both having a relation to purple and darkness,
they’re physical appearances being quite the same, ..the
smoking too, and also paralleling each other with similar
actions).
• I’d like to think him and Henry had a custody battle with the
animatronics or something—HE OBVIOUSLY LOST.
• He’s fat because, uhh, Afton is was canonically fat…he probably
got pretty depressed (when Henry left him LOL) and took to
alcoholism. And, MCI miiiight’ve happened.
• He is very much NOT a trusted adult, and I need one.
❦ PETE
• He might not actually be as mean as you may think. After all,
he’s always seen with a quiver in his lip whenever “dad” is
nearby … perhaps it’s just to hide the truth.
• He’s supposed to parallel Freddy and Goldie in some way with
his future relationship to Finn. Obviously not as excessive as the
other is … but how would he react if he knew what Goldie did?
• Shadow was the only thing he finally found something good in.
he showed actual care, love, and respect for Pete—HEHE.
TOXIC YAOI—but they suddenly grew apart and has no trust in
him now (more will be revealed about their relationship as the
AU goes on).
• No, he doesn’t sleep.
• Fancy rat patterning 😌
❦ DOTTIE
• I couldn’t really tell what animal she was.. it was either dog or
rabbit (but rabbits do actually have claws), so rabbit because of
a lot of things—Afton, a reminder/parallel of Bonnie for Goldie,
her personality… etc.
• Often treated like she’s naïve and innocent- but she really
doesn’t like it—maybe the favorite-ish of dad.
• The little bow-ribbon thing on Finn’s tail is a gift from her—as
they’re the closest to each other in the trio. They still like Pete,
but their relationship to him is not as strong as these two’s.
• Her eyes are covered, but she does have heterochromia (omg
she has homophobia in her eyes!! ✨).
❦ FINN
• The most timid out of the three and the last to be built (yeah, so
he’s quite literally the youngest).
• Due to his faulty mechanics (and wiring), he often “blacks out”
and suddenly becomes conscious again with no prior
knowledge about what he did during them—this will be
very important later.
• Warmer tones to sort-of separate him from the others, as they
have cooler tones, in a bit of a symbolic sense- since he will be
transferred to Freddy’s.
OTHER NOTES (MISC)
They all have polka dots in their designs- I just thought that would be an interesting detail for them. And also for them to have a relation towards each other.
PETE + FINN’S TAILS – they can move—depending on how their feeling—for example, if they’re anxious or uncomfortable it’ll curl around their bodies, or if they feel comfortable/trusting it’ll wrap around itself and other things. It’s complicated.
They have a sibling dynamic (and love and care for each other as siblings do) … They’re also supposed to symbolically represent the Afton kids (*)
—Pete being Michael, Dottie as Elizabeth, and Finn as Evan/David. *Both the younger kids are dead/went missing but Mike left.
To everyone( that means you too shadow): who is your snuggle buddy, for a day to unwind or just need cuddles for comfort??
such an eepy man (no, Pete does not know about Shadow’s very extensive murder plot, it would ruin whatever they have going on here)—he was probably punched after this (he’s fine).

So, the door is locked but Shadow still gets in somehow—he just kinda watches him sleep ..usually, … this is an exception.

-very grumpy—but when it comes to Pete he will latch onto him like a leech (affectionately) … but the cons are: he’ll get punched.. probably.
So, the thing is that Shadow keeps his past hidden no matter what- no matter who you are to him, he has never told anyone really anything of importance—but all will be revealed in its own time.
