Soooo so happy the weather has aligned so I can just throw this together, it's sooo good & I can kind of just riff on it at this point with whatever's in the house. I think I screwed up the yogurt sauce bcuz I was distracted but I am trying za'atar in the spice mix this time & it smells AMAZING
#this is my previously mentioned chickpea barley kale thing#the weather is looking like it's gonna be cool for the rest of the month (🤞🧿) so hopefully I will be able to make this (& other things!!!)#again soon#I should also later grate up the zucchini & carrots so I can make various breads from them this week.#cooking tag#dial p for post
