This Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte is a delicious and healthy alternative to the traditional coffee shop version. Made with real pumpkin puree and sweetened with pure maple syrup, it's the perfect cozy beverage for fall or anytime you crave a little pumpkin spice in your life.
Ingredients: 1 cup brewed coffee. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree. 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. Pinch of sea salt. Whipped coconut cream optional, for garnish. Ground cinnamon optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Make a pot of your preferred coffee. Almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of sea salt should all be combined in a small saucepan over medium heat. Take the mixture off the heat as soon as it is thoroughly heated and well combined. When the coffee is ready, pour it into a big mug. The pumpkin spice mixture should be carefully poured over the coffee in the mug. Make sure all the flavors blend together by giving it a quick stir. Not required: For added decadence, garnish with a dollop of whipped coconut cream and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Enjoy your Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte while it's hot!
