This Fajita Dip is a creamy and cheesy dip that tastes just like fajitas. It's great for parties, game nights, or any other get-together. It's a hit with everyone because it's full of diced chicken, bell peppers, onions, and Mexican spices.
Ingredients: 1 cup diced cooked chicken breast. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers any color. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup salsa. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Tortilla chips for serving.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Diced chicken, bell peppers, onion, sour cream, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine well. Put the mixture in a baking dish that can go in the oven. Warm the oven up and put the dip in it. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. If you want, you can add more shredded cheese, diced peppers, and chopped cilantro as a garnish. To go with tortilla chips, serve hot.
