I managed 10 minutes of this😭 I am recovering from a back injury and was told that yoga and Pilates would help my core strength (which I could feel while doing this) but I know I have a long way to go to 100% recover😭 we shall do this again tomorrow and see if I can get to 12 minutes☺️ every negative has a positive.
