Ok so I was very bold yesterday for our anniversary but I'm going to draw a line under it and start the week fresh with the low impact dvd. If you guys have been a follower on this page for a while you might already know that I suffer from a back injury and when I do a programme like ww or slimming world I jump straight in and aggrivate my back and can't work out for a couple of weeks and then go back to my old ways and quit😂 when I saw this #dancethatwalk video I thought this might be the best way to go. Ok so we have a halfway through the dvd picture and an at the end picture. To be perfectly honest I thought this dvd was going to be an absolute breeze but the last picture shows exactly how I felt after. I am so sweaty and gross and in dire need of a wash but first a quick first impressions. I really enjoyed this workout. It's fun, a nice amount of intensity to get back into exercising especially if you have the likes of injuries or arthritis. My back didn't hurt at all doing this and it works on your core strength too which I need to do for my back and over all body😊 the sections are short and sweet and the 45mins absolutely fly with a nice mix of dance tempos. When We Fall Off The Horse...

I know it has been forever since I've posted here and I'm sorry for that. The last few months have flown by and my weight has sky rocketed in the wrong direction. I am back to where I was with my weight and I am back to where I was at the very begining of this journey at 16.5st. The question is do I stay content with the soze that I am or am I going to get off my arse and get back to where I was at my lowest and finally reach target? I think target sounds pretty sexy don't you? My husband has finally agreed (after 8 years of asking him) on going on a sun holiday to Lanzorote and I want to be bikini body ready because I have never worn one. I want to be able to go to my wardrobe and pick out anything to wear and not worry about whether it's going to fit or not. I don't want to feel like I have to wear layers on the hotest of days to cover up my rolls and arms. I want to feel confident in myself again and now that I am comfortable in my body now I am ready to shed off a few layers of squishyness and get stronger and leaner. Lets do this guys!

I absolutely love and adore this man. We were talking today about me losing weight (he asked if I wanted takeout three times and I said no each and every time) and he said the usual "I find you attractive any size you are and no matter what size you are" and I asked did he not find me more attractive when I was at my America weight (I was 49lbs lighter back then) and he said it wasn't my size that was more attractive, it was my confidence. I was wearing what I wanted to wear and I was wearing nicer clothes and looking after my appearance more and I completely understand and appreciate where he was coming from and I'm really looking forward to getting back to that stage of wearing skirts and dresses without tights/leggings, wearing sleevless shirts with no cardigans, getting changed in the same room as a friend and not being super paranoid that they're judging my rolls. So I bought some new clothes off of @empukofficial which I love but are abit snug which can be seen in these pics but I will 100% fit into them this year. I have the fire back that I once had and im super excited to try these on again and find that they fit! And this time when I tried on the clothes I didn't cry about them not fitting I laughed like i used to knowing full well that they will fit me especially the ) Stitch leggings for the gym! More Positive

So the last few weeks I've been very negative and down and not 100%. I feel like I've been half assing everything this month and it's time to stop. I'm back on the Weight Watchers Smart Points plan. Slimming World and The Flexi plan for Weight Watchers doesn't work for me I'm too leniant with my portions and I don't get a minus on the scales. I've been fluctuating between the same 7lbs since before Christmas and it's driving me insane so I'm going back to the plan that worked best for me and it feels great so far. My personal trainer said that I can continue doing Pilates while weight training which is awesome to build up my core strength and I'm feeling a lot better

The difference between these two pictures is unbelievable. I started this journey at 16.5st which is fought 230lbs and my lowest weight that I managed to get to with @weightwatchers was 12.12st (roughly 180lbs). When we got home from that trip I was too easy going with myself. I blamed the new plan for being the reason that I wasn’t losing weight even though I wasn’t following it correctly. I wasn’t doing as much exercise because I was in college and when I wasn’t in college I was in work. And when I was in neither I was at home doing assignments and my thesis. I am now back in the 15 st region which I am devastated about but at the same time how could I be anywhere else? But I have looked through old posts on this page and have decided that January isn’t over yet. I started this year with -0.5lb loss and I will end it with a loss. Unfortunately the Slimming World plan does not work for me. I have tried it multiple times and it does not suit me. I am going to go back to the SmartPoints plan that weight Watchers had before the Flexi as that was the best plan for me. I want to start posting regularly again and get excited about weight loss because it felt so good! So today was my big 26th birthday and I amazed myself. We went to Dundrum shopping centre where we usually go to the doughnut bar and get 6 (3 each) but we didn’t bother today. I did go to Milano’s (Pizza Express) and it was amazing! I did go mad with the three courses but I’m playing the birthday card loud and proud. Especially since I went for a session (my first session might I add) with my personal trainer and I feel everything 😂 I’m so excited to see myself improve and get stronger! We all have to start somewhere guys so don’t ever feel like you’re a failure for not being perfect at something the minute you start!
