Pee-wee Herman...Jack Skellington...fucking werewolf or something...Richie’s mind ran over the endless possibilities of Halloween costumes repeatedly as he walked down the school hallway between classes. None of them necessarily popped out at him; it was his last Halloween before college, and he wanted to make it a good one. Halloween was his favorite holiday; everything was creepy, scary, you got to be someone other than yourself for a day--not to mention a day of many faces goes perfectly with a boy of many Voices. 

He’d failed to convince any of his friends to join him in dressing up, something silly about them being too old to do anything like that. But as he spied Eddie sifting through his locker, Richie drew up his determination that he was going to get his best friend to agree. 

He walked over calmly and leaned against the lockers, waiting patiently for the younger boy to close his and notice him. Once he finally did, he quickly spat out. “Sanderson Sisters. I’ll be Winifred, you be Sarah, and see if we can’t rope in Ben for Mary, what do you say?”
