Fifteen Chuuya not understanding what being sick is.

This is all I have to say, enjoy.

so I got to a scene in Stormbringer where Shirase describes when he first meets Chuuya (they were pretty young i think) and he's holding a slice of bread and Chuuya doesn't know what it is and asks if it's edible 😭 I think this is totally possible he wouldn't understand what being sick is, and especially not doctors/hospitals/etc since he grew up in the slums...I'm imagining his first Real exposure is seeing Dazai sick (with a flu or something) and Dazai is awful at taking care of himself so he's not a good role model for it lol but Chuuya going "what the hell is wrong with you why are you so hot?" and cue Dazai giggling...Chuuya's first time throwing up was probably so miserable and confusing 😭 Kouyou definitely took good care of him the first time he Really got sick and taught him good self-care 💔
