Is it an Interview or an Interrogation? Either Way, it'll be Intense.

Dawn broke, the light from the window slightly blinding them to the morning sun. Trevor was still wrapped around Florian, taking shallow breaths.

Florian used the second set of curtains to keep the room dim before slipping away to take a bath and change.

As they put on their anti-glare glasses and pin, they took a deep breath. Trevor might wake up soon, but they don't have time.

At least Ameri got them bread buns. Just a quick coffee brew and breakfast is settled.

They left their room, properly tucking Trevor in as they head to the breakroom, fully hoping that they finally get a turn to ask questions.

[The place was completely deserted.]

[There was dust all over everything. A ragity old sleeping bag was rolled up and shoved under the desk, the initials E.G.M written on the top in permanent marker. All the half eaten snacks were growing mold, which Reginald Crane sweeped into the nearest garbage can. He still had a massive hangover, but there was no way he was missing this.]

[On the desk was a photo. In it were three familiar agents - Agent 043, to the left, a massive smile on their face, Agent 13-12, to the right, their mask hiding their grin, and in the middle, Agent 014. The little sibling. They were clearly holding the camera, and were making the expression of someone who just got flashbanged and didn't know what to do about it. On the frame was a word written in red pen - Family.]

[Reginald finished up and saw the two agents looking at the photo.]

"... I know the answer already, but, are you okay?"

[She goes to 13-12’s office.]

19. They get stuck in an elevator. How does everyone react?

Florian would be the one to press the help button,

Shadow climbs up and out the little door at the top, forgetting about everyone else.

Kai is trying to help people, but rarely anyone needs his help.

Wraith follows suit after Shadow.

Bluenix probably calls Ollie to pass the time until help got there.

Handler Blue is trying desperately to keep up with Shadow, but is failing miserably.

Handler Ellie is standing off to the side, burying her head in her hands.

Typhoon is probably trying to pull Wraith back into the elevator to annoy her and get back for the hair dye prank.

There are Multiple Timelines that Act as Their Own AU

The top part is my main Phoenix, Florian, and the bottom is Ameri.

Ramble and details about them under cut. Spoilers for the Evil!Handler AU and minor spoilers Radio Host AU

I am unwell about these two. Depending on the AU/Alternate Timeline, their motivation on becoming Agent Phoenix is

Main Timeline - Florian Timeline: She meets Ameri during high school and has a normal college life. Marries Ameri in later on. Stuff happens and her interference when she was a civilian led to a cover up. Looking into what happened caused her to join the agency.

Radio Host AU - Florian Point of Divergence: College. She joined the student radio and started speaking up about corruption. Almost got killed for it but the agency stepped in to rescue her as her main target was Zoraxis.

Candlelight Timeline - Ameri Point of Divergence: High school. For context: Their school puts students into "blocks" or "sections" and in this one, Ameri and Florian were assigned different ones. (Candlelight's point of divergence runs a bit earlier in the timeline but we're talking about who ended up as Phoenix here.)

Smitten Timeline - Ameri Point of Divergence: The cover up. Ameri made a different choice that kept him in the field instead of the administrative side like in the main timeline. How that happened is still tentative.

Evil!Handler Timeline #1 - Florian Point of Divergence: Unknown but Florian never met Ameri at any time at all. She was found in the list of people related to former agents and was recruited not long after.

Evil!Handler Timeline #2 - Ameri Point of Divergence: Same as Timeline #1 but Ameri took the contact and recruitment meant for Florian instead. He did it to escape Zor, his godparent.
