as you all probably already know, both @agentargus and @agent-succubus celebrated birthdays last month. argus has gifted us with a lot of really cool au ideas, but one of my favorites is the four corners au.
inspired by the craft but with a happier ending, i started to think about what a force for good harry, succubus, merlin and seraphim could be in the end--united. in love. and powerful, in their respective elements. (i also wondered about how they’d deal with the mundane challenges of everyday life. things aren’t always so dramatic, you know. what would their paths look like in the wake of coming together as a coven? as two sets of lovers?)
but the rule that seems to reign across all timelines is: if a team of “good guys” exists--then so do villains.
and it’s a good idea to be surrounded by people you love when you become the biggest defense against something much darker, and much bigger, than you are.
when a strange ash begins to fall over london, there are monsters around every corner, and the lines between this reality and another much hellish plane slowly begin to blur, well. i wonder if they would all come out of it with their relationships in tact--or if all four would even come out alive.
