Yes it isn't case file 10. But it is interesting enough to share. In my initial search I found this Agent Profile. Someone from the Justice Dame's unit.

Nothing weird until today. When I found this retracted criminal file. Not closed but retracted. Only paused on it since it had the big guy's number on it.

This poor fool is his older brother, as mentioned in the big man's own file. That he had a criminal record and was made void and now has a pristine FBI profile is wild. Funny. It is so funny.

What is the FBI playing at? If his agent profile even acknowledges he was "transfered from penitentiary" then it begs the question if this is usual? Wonder how happy the average person would be knowing the Justice Dame is promoting criminals to work with her :) Ah this would be great for a journalist, sadly it escapes the scope of my my objective. Although I wouldn't mind speaking with one.

Janet Elyse Richardson

The Justice Dame herself. I thought if they were gonna protect someone's information it would be hers. Goes to show. Did you know the V for Vendetta Masks are based on a real guy's face? And the guy was called Guy Fawkes? Wild. I only learned it because someone confirmed that the Justice Dame masks are straight up based on Agent Richardson's face which is neat. Little bit weird there is people out there using her face as a mask while she is alive but sure. Now do I know why she looks like that? I have my theories, and yes they are related to the supernatural but I still need more information.

Name: Agent Black

Title: Junior agent, part of the investigation team

Age: Early twenties

Description: He was a young man, younger than Casin or Hesketh with a pinched face that looked like he was constantly trying to determine the source of a bad smell.

Personality: Agent Black is considered to be the jokester among his peers, regardless if his jokes are funny or not. He is a big fan of game shows, liking to chide the other contestants for not immediately getting the answers. He also is the one who tends to get into danger a lot, mostly resulting in him nearly dying. Out of all the agents that have a near death count, Agent Black is the one that has the highest number. As quoted by Richard Danvers “It’s a miracle that he’s still alive at all. Someone should keep a leash on this guy.”

Title: Senior Agent, part of the investigation team

Age: Twenties

Description: He is of African American descent with short, tidy black hair and brown eyes.

Personality: He is considered to be the mature one out of his peers (Casin, Hesketh and Black.) and has a reputation for terseness in the Department. Tends to go into father mode whenever Casin and Hesketh argue.

Name: Doctor Diablerie

Title: Senior agent

Age: Early forties

Ability: Runecrafting, a surprising amount of physical strength, a proficiency at lockpicking

His real name and identity are unknown at this time.

Description: He was a thin man, wearing jet black evening dress, complete with a red-lined waist-length cloak, white gloves, and walking cane with misshapen silver head. His height was not as impressive as his silhouette had implied as it was significantly augmented by his absurd silk top hat. His face seemed to be unusually small, but that may have been because it was staring out from the gap between his hat, his absurdly high collar, and his tightly knotted scarf. He was pale and ratty and the sneer he was wearing made his thin mustache even more steeply curved than it was by default.

Personality: Elizabeth Lawrence describes him as “possibly mad, constantly claims to possess arcane powers and knowledge that are absolutely not in evidence. Demonstrated incompetence that very nearly resulted in our deaths.” He likes to proclaim his intentions to anyone with flourish regardless if they are truthful or not. He is well known in the Department as a “villain.”

Name: Victor Casin

Title: Senior Agent, former Sword

Age: Twenties

Ability: Pyrokinesis

Infused with the ancient named Ifrig.

Description: He was a scrawny man of roughly Adam’s age with a thick clump of black, curly hair and a hawk-like nose that seemed to be pulling his upper lip into a permanent unimpressed look. He was wearing a black coat that was almost identical to Adam’s, although not as broad.

Personality: The complete opposite of Adam, Victor is terse and tends to insult people, mainly his friend. He is very flippant on the politically correct viewpoints that the Department is trying to show, showing little sympathy to people who are magically infused despite him being magically infused himself. Although, he does show some good qualities. He is a very powerful pyrokinetic capable of incinerating gallons of oceans and lakes. He is also very knowledgeable in first aid, having saved the lives of a few agents. You can read more about it in the respective files.

Name: Adam Hesketh

Title: Senior agent, formerly on the investigation team, former Sword

Ability: Magic detection

Age: Twenties

Infused with the ancient named Arlgheen.

Description: Adam Hesketh was a pale man in his twenties with a complexion like uncooked dough. His copper-colored hair was pulled back into a tight ponytail that almost ran to the belt of his black trench coat.

Personality: Adam presents an unending amount of patience for his co-workers, rarely getting angry. Argues with Victor a lot, but he’ll do whatever he can to lift his spirits up. He is a firm believer that consent should be a #1 priority in any relationship. Although, he does tend to get in over his head and stick with a theory that has very little evidence.
