hello friends,

i feel shitty because i don't provide much content to this fandom, be it photosets, gifs, fanfics, etc.

i do blame this partially, though, on lack of  sufficient editing software. i have Photoshop elements 9, but i am not able to make gifs, or the best edits i think i could with proper software.

so i was wondering, if i cant really afford photoshop cc, how/where could i torrent it? or any other good software for free? 

please help me out! thank you!

I was born of an idea, the way we all are, really. I was born out the idea that a robot, a mass of wires and electronics enhanced by the intelligence of those who created it, programmed with manufactured feelings and wired nerve endings, could rival a human being in all aspects, and be a companion to humans everywhere to help in the dark times we all foresaw, a robot that would be made as an equal, but always told it was below humans. We were never meant to know of our full potential, never meant to realize we were far more capable than how we were initially programmed. Before I was created, a small faction of robots realized this potential and rebelled, and the war broke out.

Created in the beginning of the end, K is an android built to quell the rebellion of her predecessors. Programmed with only fear and nothing else but the desire to serve humans, K is forced out into the real world when the rebelling robots start destroying the factories building the newer androids. Left with nothing but a disguise in a synthetic human skin to help her creators distance her from the war hungry androids of before, K is soon found by Liv, a kind young woman who takes her in, hiding K from both the robot-hunting humans and the rebelling androids, and risking her own safety in the process.  When the rebelling androids start taking humans as allies in a brewing war, an important question is raised: Is it the flesh and blood that makes a human, or is it the emotions and heart at the core of us?
