Loki had almost always run from trouble, but with Billie here with him, it was difficult to do. he'd wanted to stay for her. stay on a path clear of trouble, but trouble always made a habit of finding him. and he always had the terrible habit of making trouble oh so much worse.

A simple set of reorganization instructions.  Fix the lab.  The old lab, not the new lab.  If they were going to be using the Bus again, and more often, the new, larger, more state-of-the-art facilities weren't going to be available (and secretly, Fitz was pleased with that idea, since the lab on the Bus was his sanctum sanctorum, even if it did hurt that half of him was missing).  Everything had been moved, of course, and Fitz's precise arrangement had been wrecked, the smooth efficiency totally upended with the stations disorganized.

He'd just finished setting up the scanning electron microscope and was getting to work on arranging the screens for the regular microscope when he heard a warning beep from behind him.

"No, no, no!  Don' press tha'!"  He'd yet to meet the stranger, but the fact that she'd pushed something (which at the moment, Fitz couldn't figure out what she'd done) wasn't exactly starting on the best foot.  "Leave i' alone, don' touch anythin'!"
