Of course this would happen.

He decided to take some time off and go visit his family in Germany, but it would seem that as an X-Man, it was impossible for him to stay out of trouble. He'd been having lunch with some friends in town when the quiet little village was attacked by some B-list villain Kurt had never heard of. Springing into action, he'd disposed of the offender quickly, but now he was left wondering what to do with the guy. Local police weren't equipped to handle him, so Kurt did the only thing he could think of to do: called SHIELD and requested a pick-up.

Now, just to wait on the agent who would be cleaning up after him.

"Fitz," Jemma turned around as she heard the lab doors open "how many times have I told you to…" she stopped in the middle of her sentence when she realised it was not Fitz that had entered the lab. "Sorry," she quickly apologized. "welcome to the labs, may I help you?"
