Care package: Mostly very sensible, practical items like rations or socks. But also a surprisingly soft blanket, fruit, and something like sweet honey clusters. There's the sense at some point a very perceptive sales associate got involved to help out this incompetent loser.

Questions Often Left Unanswered: Mun Edition

7. List three honest flaws your favorite character has and talk about how those flaws make them problematic.

Oh wow I have way too many favorite characters to be honest, so let’s just make this about Draven since he is one of my faves. Draven is blunt, intolerant, and judgmental. 

By the nature of his job description, he kind of has to be this way, but it doesn’t mean that it isn’t problematic. His bluntness certainly isn’t making him any friends, people more or less see him as the bane of the Rebellion in a way. He’s also very intolerant, especially of disloyalty and defiance - if you don’t serve the cause then he really has no uses for him, again this doesn’t make him exactly a sociable people person. In fact, he probably ends up making enemies this way and he’s definitely not a diplomat. Judgmental attitude is a big thing with Draven, he judges Jyn before he even sees her just by her record and has already formed an opinion on her which he didn’t see fit to change even after meeting her. Really these flaws sometimes do make him good at shielding the Rebellion, but it also makes him his own worst enemy because he’s not open minded enough to accept maybe a better scenario or point of view. He is very set in his ways.

11. What’s your biggest pet peeve when it comes to RPing?

This is just something that after a few bad experiences that I feel like I should list as a pet peeve - if you have a problem with anything I say or do, come to me privately, inbox or IM or whatever makes you comfortable - come to me with the issue and we can discuss it between us. Don’t have me wake up one morning only to discover you’ve made some huge public statement about me regarding something I said or did that I didn’t even know was a problem for you. Don’t do that shit especially when we all RP in the same circles. That’s really the thing I can’t stand now. You got a problem with me, you come to me. I’m more than open to discuss anything you may have an issue with, but don’t vague post me or make some public call out post when you’ve literally not even come to me privately regarding whatever problem you may have had.

I’m a reasonable person, I’m not gonna be offended if something I did or said upset you and I’m more than willing to apologize. I’m not perfect, I make mistakes, I can say something on here that maybe someone take offense at. But how would I know I did something wrong if you don’t come to me about it? I’m NOT a mind reader. So if you have a problem, please come to me so we can resolve it.

I cannot stand people who don’t come to talk to me and then decide to publicly make a mountain out of a molehill.

“Never much cared for it myself.” Valentine’s was for committed lovers, after all, not one night stands, and when you spent so much time on your own it left a bitter taste in the mouth. “Still, might as well go with the flow.”
