Farewell, Frog Choir Friends!
As many of you know, yesterday marked our last official Frog Choir practice of the year, and it’s with a heavy heart that I have to say goodbye to all of my frog choir friends. You’ve been the best team a captain could have ever asked for, and I’m so proud of that trophy that’s now in our rehearsal room. Although the aftermath of the competition was marked by tragedy, never forget everything that you accomplished prior to that.
You’re an amazing team, but unfortunately all good things must come to an end, and I’ll be graduating in just a couple of weeks and saying goodbye to Hogwarts. However, I know that you’ll be in good hands -- and with that, allow me to announce next year’s captains! Everyone pulled their weight this year and did a great job, but two people in particular stepped up and showed their drive to become captains. Therefore, allow me to introduce David Hansen and Emily MacDonald!
David and Emily are both rising sixth years, and I have complete faith that in the next two years they’ll continue to establish Hogwarts as an international singing powerhouse. Best of luck to you guys, and I’ll miss you more than you could know. And who knows? Maybe WADA will let me come back to keep an eye on you next year! Goodbye could be only the beginning.
