i'm pretty good with ipods... just tell me what you need. (:

I'm trying to sync it, but it times out. It completely freaked out and erased all my data, so I restored. And still.

I plug it in, in syncs, and then about five minutes in both my ipod and itunes freeze, and it stops syncing. I've tried different ports AND different cables.
