The Embassy of Spain in collaboration with the UP College of Music-Diliman and Instituto Cervantes de Manila, has organised a two-day musical workshop with sound artist Agnès Pe. 'Buzzing doo who rrrrr or brrrr' is a workshop for the interpretation of the score 'doo who rrr rrrr: a masquerade simphony' by Agnès Pe. It's a composition of an undetermined number of kazoo players in which the kazoo is understood as a vocal distortion device rather than an instrument and it's inspired by José Maceda's Udlot-Udlot concert.
