Happy Summer Solstice!!! Today is great day for meditating with the energy of fire, the element of the summer, allowing the fire to sharpen our concentration and our faculty of discernment. Allowing the fire to burn and transform everything that holds us back from a life of peace and happiness. Today I honor the Sun, the light of Surya that permeates everything, the light which is reflected in all nature-Prakrit, that light that makes everything which we know to exist. I salute the Sun! I salute the fire! I salute the light! Today it is also celebrated the international day of Yoga, the World Music Day and the Refugees Day. Happy day for everyone! May we be gifted everyday with the light of knowledge so we can become more aware of our mind patterns which cause suffering, so we can transcend the attachment, the hatred, the fear, the egoism and the ignorance. May we do our actions with consciousness towards others so there can be more peace and happiness in the world.
