Hello! I’ve been seeing everyone share their Echoes of Olympus MCs, and I wanted to share mine as well since everyone else did :)
I just want to say first—I’m having such a good time with it. The world, the choices, the characters, the tone—everything feels so alive. I’m especially grateful for how you’ve written the gods in a way that invites depth. It made it so much easier to build Agryan into something personal and layered, even with a concept like “wrath” that can feel one-sided. So thank you!
I chose Agryan, the lesser god of Wrath and Unleashed Power. Canonically, he can amplify wrath, unleash destruction, and control rage—but the way I imagine him, Agryan sees himself as sacred. Not just in the divine sense, but in how he carries himself: dignified, purposeful, and precise. He sees wrath as a sacred force—not something wild and mindless, but something to be honored. Less like Ares, more controlled and noble—but when it’s time to go full angry god, he absolutely can.
I picture him with warm brown skin, copper eyes like molten metal, and coily black hair. Strong build, especially his arms. He wears a sleeveless crimson battle-robe with gold threading across the chest and arms. Sometimes I imagine the gold pulses brighter when he’s angry, like it reacts to his heart rate.
Personality-wise, he’s proud, impulsive, charming, kind of reckless, and he goes back and forth between sarcastic and deeply sincere. Not mean or cruel—just very intense. Some aspects of him being playful or charismatic might sound strange for a god of wrath, but I see it as part of how he views wrath. To Agryan, it’s sacred—not something to be thrown around, but something to use with purpose. He’ll fight all day, but only when it matters. And when he finally gets to fully unleash that power? Then he becomes the dangerous, chaotic god everyone fears. Until then, he’s just burning under the surface.
One choice that really stood out to me was the one with the slave and the farmer. My Agryan gives power to the slave who’s desperate for freedom, but doesn’t help the farmer—not because he doesn’t care, but because the farmer’s rage is already enough. That moment shaped how I see him—someone who gives his power when it’s truly needed, not just because he can.
I also kind of picture him as ADHD-coded. He’s super energetic, always moving. Stuff just… breaks sometimes when he enters a room. Not on purpose. Maybe a pot falls over, or someone’s mood shifts without warning. He’s like a mini-chaos generator—but not in a bad way. He just brings a lot wherever he goes.
When the rebels captured him, I imagine they expected him to go full angry god right away. And yeah, he’s annoyed—how dare mortals chain unleashed power?—but he’s also kind of excited. Finally, something that might actually be worthy of his strength. He sees being sent down as a challenge, maybe even a calling. He’s still arrogant, even with his powers restrained—but there’s also a part of him that respects the rebels for pulling it off. Most people forget what he’s the God of Wrath… until they’re reminded.
For romance, I’m going with Alexa. Agryan would 100% respect their strength and quiet willpower—and enjoy getting under their skin just to see what’s underneath. He’d mess with them, push their buttons a bit, but deep down it’s because he sees something real there—like a mortal who’s strong enough to handle him.
Also—no pressure to respond or anything! I just wanted to share and say how much I appreciate the work you've put into this game. It’s truly inspiring, and I’m really excited to see where the story goes next 💛
Your takes really inspire me, too. Sometimes it even helps shape new choices, so you might find your version of the MC reflected even more as things unfold. And… let’s just say: Alexa’s going to have a lot of fun with him - or the other way around. 🤷♀️
