There's a game I really, really want to play for what is, honestly, nerdy reasons. Firefighter Simulator: Ignite.
The reason I want to play it is because my ex step-dad used to own a health and safety business he ran with my mother when I was growing up and I basically learned through osmosis so much shit about chemical fires, how to react to fires, what to do with a variety of situations and so on.
I've been watching some youtubers playing FS:I and I enjoy watching them but oh my gods am I stressed with how some of them go about the missions like-
No! Please don't open all the windows! That gives the fire more fuel!
No! Don't leave all the doors to the rooms open! That lets the fire spread faster!
No! Don't use water on the oil fire! Please read the tutorial and use an extinguisher!
Like, I love it and I really like the look of the improved AI character controls (tasks! You can give them tasks! As in more than one!) but unfortunately living vicariously through youtubers is giving me more stress than I deserve lmao.
Still gonna do it though until I can, through some miracle, afford the game lol.
