oughgh now thinking about making a mixtape for S.T.A.R.S.-era Wesker... Like, Reader has been in this weird flirty pseudo-D/s thing with him for a while and he's really busy with his "personal matters" (living a double life + working two serious jobs) and Reader wants to do something really nice for him since they don't get a lot of time together and Show Him How They Feel

and Wesker at first being like. hm. I'm not that into music but it is a sweet gesture (internally: I ignore them for a week and they spend hours making such a highly curated, effortful gift? they're so easily kept.)

and because Wesker absolutely does Not have feelings for them, he plays it in his car purely out of curiosity and refuses to change it ever. Not because Reader made it. Because it's good music, they have good taste is all. Not even that truly, he has good taste, they just anticipated his preferences. No, Sherry, we can't listen to the radio, yes I know you've heard the entire tape before.

Reader has literally no idea that Wesker has even listened to it until they get a ride home with him and realize it's their mixtape in the stereo.

I think Russia would be a really cryptic streamer to the point people think he’s an ARG. Develops a small but committed fan base that’s split between actually figuring out what’s happening and ‘this is hilarious.’ He uses a VPN and his internet is shit which doesn’t help the allegations of him being some Cryptid. Once streamed him walking in the snow at night and it went viral because it was so creepy. (SORRY RUSSIANS FOR MY BAD HANDWRITING ITS MEANT TO SAY ‘дом’) His user is: ‘VanyaFriend’ he rarely streams and rarely talks during.

America would obviously be a more socially conscious streamer as in like he knows how to draw people in and be funny. I think he’d be like moistcritical and ishowspeed kinda? Think averageharry or jack manifold? Maybe Jschlatt. He would stream popular games or games he likes. The occasional vlog of him skateboarding or something or just getting food. Mukbangs maybe. He’s so unpredictable and fluid and that would get him a huge fan base.

Canada would also be a streamer but very niche and his fandom is very nice and welcoming. Like they actively try to get people to join. He streams vlogs of him in nature and just talking about the dangers and beauties of Canadian life. A lot of people like his voice because it’s lowk asmr so he labels a lot of his streams with ASMR. His username is: ‘maplematt’

The picture above is when canada is staying with America on his rare visits, he also gains a little of a cult following over this in Americas fandom because of this. Like, people love seeing him in the background or on camera—he’s a foil to Americas personality.

I think the funniest thing about the Danny Phantom fandom is they're like an unkillable cockroach. The show ended in 2007 but by god are they still chugging along with the power "yes and" and placing their favorite blorbo in new environments for the enrichment. They've essentially created a modern mythos in terms of the elaborate amount of fanon concepts they've produced. It's amusing to watch as a bystander.

Now the episodes free- i would love to point out to the clashing ideals of Buddy and Chase.

Buddy seems to have accepted that people die/eventually leave- its a way of life, whether its just his belief from experience (on the streets or as a key) or is just his general beliefs- his acceptance of change is a stark contrast to Chase.

Granted, Chase is dealing with some heavy stuff rn (not to discount being turned INTO A KEY and living ON THE STREETS, its just comparatively Buddy has had some time to process while Chase is RIGHT IN IT) he is clinging to everything around him (as we've seen in the recent chapter and his wish).

He doesn't want to lose his mother after having already lost his father (again not discrediting either of their experiences, I've been where Chase is with my dad) but the juxtaposition between Buddy's acceptance of change and Chase denying that its a possibility shows just the kind of people they are.

I feel Buddy's outlook will either clash at some point with Chase trying to save his mother, or it will help the healing process when it potentially/maybe comes to that time that he has to let Myra go (I'm predicting time will run out or he'll have to make a choice with his wish but that's just my game theory)

ANYWHO i just thought it was interesting that theyre both on opposite ends 😃👍

posts and reviews saying that the pitt season two is “slow” or that it’s a series that needs to be binged and not watched weekly are so insane to me. not only have we not seen these characters in 10 months and now we’re seeing them more settled into their roles, comfortable with the chaos of the emergency department, but this has been and will always be a show advocating for real-life issues in healthcare. they want you to see the traumas brought in by ambulance just as much as the person walking in from chairs. they want you to realize how destroyed the healthcare system is from funding cuts to both hospitals and its outpatient resources that it requires people to come back from lack of supports (and in turn the lengths that social workers will go to find short-cuts through a broken system). they want you to see these doctors and nurses and other healthcare professionals, who all have very different, very distinct, personalities interacting with patients and hearing their stories. because that’s what we do. we listen, we treat, and we do it all over again. so, if you’re “bored”: you’re not watching this show for the right reasons.
