When it concerns Antonio and João, the two were experts in pushing one another's buttons. A bottle (and then some) of wine later has them feeling warm and lazy, a blanket tossed haphazardly over their laps as shoulders touch.

The wine seemed to warm them in different ways, rekindling the smoldering ashes of a romance João swears refuses to die. Green eyes, hazy with alcohol gaze skywards into hazel, long dark lashes fluttering as though to entice. It was really his own fault for this, having landed one on him with the last glass. A thank you, the Portuguese man had claimed, and a badly aimed one at that. A lie, but certainly a sweet one.

They both knew better and yet, here they always ended up.

Work worn hands take hold of the Spaniard's chin, thumb grazing stubble as he leans in, only at the last second to move, lips at his ear. "You think I'm so easy as to just... Give you another?" He says, teeth grazing against his earlobe, and when he pulls back he is sure to tug it playfully.
