A great time to be alive
Have you ever had this feeling that the entire world is just a small piece in a gigantic history and chain of events? A chain which has so many different links. Branching in so many different directions, none of them really connected yet in an incredible twist entwined with each other. A chain with hundreds of millions of endings. And inbetween there are these small pieces forged from gold that indicate the beginning of something new .
Be it life. Be it a new invention. Be it a change of history. Or the rise of a new era. The events of this world seem to be endless in possibility and truth. An exciting spectacle of colors and emotions, a festival to be witnissed by the whole world. And inbetween all these wunderful things every now and then ... a miracle will happen. WIthout explaination. Or any logic behind it.
One could say that a miracle will maybe happen once in a lifetime. Maybe a lot more often. Maybe it will not even happen a single time in a millenia. Either way they exist. And the strange being that was rushing through the data streams in the network might very easily considered one of these miracles.
“Hmmm, let’s ... see ...”, the voice echoed as she appeared in her image inside of the virtual rooms of cyberspace. It was a young voice. Playful and teasing, humming as it sorted through lines of green energy pulsing around her. Her eyes were flickering left and right, as they tried their very best to find something of interest. Her ‘hair’ was floating slightly in the air behind her, the brightly glowing strings acting as if floating in water, while her hands ran over the lines of data surrounding her. “My, my ... so many secrets ...”, she mumbled and turned around onto her back, her hand grabbing a single line and pulling it up to take closer into her sight.
“Hmmm, boring. One boring line of secret after the next. Where is the excitement? Where is the stuff that will make me smile and give me a reason to even BE here.”; she groaned and threw the data into the air, arms hanging in the ‘air’, the missing gravity just keeping them there as the strange being looked around slowly. Her skin was strangely grey in it’s texture. Thin lines running over it, wires, connecting streams of artificial nerves with another. Small lights shined through her skin every now and then, while the golden globes of her eyes kept twitching back and forth around the space. Before her head slowly moved to the side. “Oh? Seems like I got myself a visitor. Oh well...”
Chuckling, her body started to slowly dissolve. Small orbs rushed into the datastreams surrounding her, as she followed them, flowing through them in mere nanoseconds. She could easily avoid the one who was about to attack her. But where was the fun in that? No, it would be boring to just evade her. And thus ... she ended up exactly where her ‘enemy’ wanted her to.
The blades clashed loudly as the nanoite mass pushed herself out of the datastream right into the blades of the Program which ahd been waiting. The AI smiled as she managed to push the strange back even while pulling herself out of the stream and materializing back in the ‘real’ world. She was surprised that the otehr managed to hold the AI back so easily in comparision. Even after the whitehaired female managed to overwhelm the otehr masked one and threw her several meters backwards right into the next wall of a nearby building.
Aira laughed as she stood there on one single leg, turning around herself slowly, her left hand surrounded by the white electricy that was making up her blade. Her eyes were closed before they opened to stare at the now Defense Program which was slowly getting on ehr feet again. “You know. It is great to be alive.”, she whispered, before jumping towards the attacker.
Be it life. Be it a new invention. Be it a change of history. Or the rise of a new era. The events of this world seem to be endless in possibility and truth. Endless to the point that emotions and feelings can start existing from nowhere. A miracle without bounds.

summore Old Art but i thought that since she didnt have a set hologram form she could change it to whatever whenever she wants which makes for obligatory gags <3
i have so much old art from when i was fixated on this AU :sob:
she was a nameless and formless program that acted as a temporary blocker/dummy AI for AI jacks code in case anything happened to the chip and she just so happened to get put into rhys’ cybernetics as well <33 now theyre besties idc
its just a really silly and self indulgent AU :]
