Been a while since I shared stuff because imma get busy with a new role at a company soon! Lots of exciting prospects and ideas burgeoning and we will be looking out for more art, creative and even tech talent - feel free to intro or send in your friends cv if they are looking for new journey and adventures ! For now I shall present the "Lamentation of Alice Tilia." This is a very special commissioned piece of lamentation series, but of course it is designed with 愛麗絲帝莉亞 oc portrait in mind and I took the time to prepare more than 20 individual layers, files, source and then paint/mix/bash/fx it over with my own vision. "Lament, Lady of the Lake." Finally finished, whew, not easy at all, because I chose to evolve and not use the raw spit, but rather my own idea and composition in my head. Process is still very exciting personally, you can see how it all began with a basic sketch I fed MJ, subsequently evolve the prompts and taking time, to nurture the comps, and then took on the hat of a casting director as i find the 'actress' best for my idea with SJ...once happy, I repainted the face and idea into the lady, and then began compositing the rest of the elements, and finally Merge all and Paintover again! I also started to put my name sake into the system to generate( don't really care if it works anot, just going to keep trying) Finally Lady of the Lake is out, as a lamentation piece, she laments to death of Arthur, and how the plot thickens around her, and how she manipulates but ultimately is involved with the saving and demise of the realm. The strands attached to her head show the destinies of people she will hold in her hand, n the ultimate excalibur being the piece towards Arthur's power. Displayed as an ethereal lady submerged in the lake. Won’t lie, the one inspiration is from Knight’s Tale game I recently enjoy. Small studio but give them some love y’all, doing well! This process is definitely not easy, but I much prefer it to using 3d and photobashing for now. Dalle 2 will be somehow used, to add in to my bag of tricks in the future, for now, this is complicated but good enough. "Lamentation of One Who comes Before." Arissa Magerita Khanayula the 5th of the Golden Sun, an ancient being, ancient til the date where Time Is Lost. Legends only spoke of the mysterious being manifesting as a womanly figure in times, moving and shaping terrain and sometimes, civilizations. The 4th lamentation, just realised it is a month since the lamentation series and experiment! So this definitely has to happened! My original idea of this concept started as a sketch, and evolved from my process into the final stage you see, painted over the Base as seen here, with at least 3-4 other iterations painted, masked and painted over and over again, like a Katana sword being forged. J'adore this new creation process. "Dragon Rider Shyvanna, the last Eastern Blood Witch of the 4 Kingdoms." Part inspired by Eastern mythology and dragons, part inspired by my previous vampiresses and part inspired by my current influences around me! An exciting piece(personally) for me to finish, as i got inspired by one of friend's interest and passion for using dragons in his NFT project as well~ shoutout to Jon :P and his super project, Solswipe, go check it out! This piece revolves my next stage in evolution, using all techniques and well painted over 2 hours ~over my combo~ its no longer MJ, its ALL and any of these generators. "Sweet Dreams are made of this, Sandman" Hyped for this @netflixsg @thesandmanofficial , finally release, had to make something with some time, so this round, i tried creating a simple sketch to feed mj, and the results- its not easy nor difficult, and it does take time to tweak and generate til the vision is closer- third pic is my rough sketch (procreate) and you can see the amazing generation based on my sketch plus my own name set, following that, and the rest of the ai plates generated based on the generation that came from its 'offspring'... :D First and second pic is what I finally decided develop further, mixing 'parent' and 'offspring' and to create the outcome.
