about the cosplay masquerade/contest, where are the forms for people under 18? ^^ thanks~~
We don't know. ^^;
It looks like the forms will only be available at the event at the moment. I've tried checking both KCON and AX's pages and no information about the forms for the event at KCON. You can ask Anime Expo's staff if they have the form available online somewhere since they are hosting the event.
