When you enter a certain age group things start happening. Things start changing. What was so easy to maintain is not. You start realizing your cannot take things for granted. I am definitely aging. I see some things but others I don't, but I need to be conscience. I grew up without any cavities. I wore an internal badge that I did not have any for YEARS! lol One day, I go for a cleaning. Bang! I have a cavity. I was in disbelieve. I felt like the dentist was lying to me. I had to do my research about cavities. Well, I found an article that talked about cavities for my age group. I realize that what I use to do when I was younger I cannot. I have to be more diligent not half stepping but on top of every because I am aging.
