Hello! I've just found this game, and WOW,,,I love. I was wondering, in regards to the scene where Clem gives the main character the pendant, how does choosing one god over the others affect the story? (Also, I would die for Clem; thank you for this blessing)

I think this counts as spoilery so… Under the cut it goes!

Choosing a god in that scene gives you a stat boost with that particular god’s affections and also sometimes affects how the gods contact you. For instance, in the beginning of the next chapter the player receives a dream from the gods. That dream changes depending on which god you chose in the prologue. It’ll probably also have some effects on how the god you chose interacts with you one on one.

I realize that some people aren’t really going to have a “favorite” god either because they don’t like any of them or because they don’t feel like they know them well enough, so I think at some point I’ll change how that scene goes to reflect that.

To the untrained eye it may seem that way. But a professional could see that I am in fact a human, and a pumpkin pie is in fact a fruit pie.
