Groot hid around the corner of the door, peeking into the room. Rocket’s back was to him. But more importantly, his tail was right there.
“I AM GROOT!” (COWABUNGA!) He shouted (he’d heard Peter say it. It sounded like a good word for a battle cry), and charged out into the open and pounced directly onto that fluffy tail.
