Name - Bishop Due, A0-66 Nicknames - Aio, Age - 45 as of 2287 Gender - Male Personality -    Prefers to have everything in his control, and pushes things and ideas onto others if they're not in agreement with him. Tends to abandon them if he finds it dull or impossible. Family - None Height - 6'11'' Weight - 215 lbs Skin type - White, almost pale; weathered and dry Eye color - Steel blue, Hair Style - Short, crew cut, keeps it that way through out his life;  beard that varies in length through out his life Scars/Injuries -        Scar on the top and lower lips on the right side of his mouth, Quote/Catchphrase - "You have no choice in this matter."                                      "Would I lie?"

Back Story:  Summarized from Bishop's private terminal -    A0-66 was built 13 years after the infamous Broken Mask Incident, an experimental option of preventing another massacre from happening.  Programed to not attack anyone without provacation.  Was affectionately called Aio by the child known as Shaun.      A0-66 disappeared after sent out on a retrieval mission.      A0-66 became Bishop after visiting Pinkerton at the age of 15, making the decision that he no longer wanted to waste his time as someone's slave.  

  Bishop ran from the Institute in 2256 after an escaping synth convinced him that he was only just a slave. For 5 years, he works with Eulogy Jones to over throw Harmon Jurley.      Bishop leaves Eulogy the leadership of Paradise Falls and heads out to start his own.  In 2263, he takes the young man, Ripley, under his wing.  Using the boy to help him expand his own 'empire.'  In 2266, Ripley sells Bishop his mother and he takes over her business.    In 2277, Eulogy Jones is killed and Paradise Falls is wiped out. 3 years pass before they figure out who it was, Samuel Wanderer from Vault 101.  unbelieving that it was a Vault Dweller that killed Euology, Bishop sends Ripley to take care of him only for Bishop to lose his second best slaver and a large chunk of his slavers.      Bishop enslaves Ripley for the failure. After years of slavery, Ripley escapes, and Bishop leaves him be. Bothered by his escape, but realziing that having to find him boring as he figures it would be too easy.    He crosses the ex-slaver years later after approaching the Ranger, Icarus and kills him as payment for releasing his slaves.  

Ongoing story -     Bishop's attempting to regrow his business after killing Icarus who had been a threat and is struggling to do so.  The Brotherhood is after him for enslaving one of their own and the Institute has caught wind that he was still alive.     And now Ripley is after him for killing Icarus along with Samuel and Hancock.

Clothing/Armor -     When he first fled the Institute, he wore a variant of the Synth uniform, as the Courser Uniforms haven't been made a manditory addition.  Otherwise he's outfitted in a set of Cage Armor, and later moves on to wearing the BoS Bomber Jacket, a prize from successfully enslaving a BoS soldier.     Bishop has his own set of Power Armor, once again, a prize from enslaving a BoS soldier.

I was thinking. About 15 minutes ago. About Bishop and because he was a leader of his group, that I was going to give him a terminal. Like the raider leaders have in FO4.

But I hadn’t a clue what to put on it besides a ‘client’ list. So I was trying to figure out what kind of personal stuff he could put on there.

And I started to hash out a history for him. And somewhere, out of the blue, it hit me.

He’s an escaped Synth. Not just any Synth. A Rogue Courser. He chose the job of Slaver because hunting people was just the same as hunting escaped synths. And controlling slaves was similar the same as making synths return home. It was a same sort of process for him. Mainly because he still remembers who he is. He knows he’s a Synth.

And his ultimate fear is that the Institute will find him, and undo who he is.

Seriously though. Seeing that actor made me realize that Bishop, the guy responsible for making Ripley a ghoul, was a very “I’m beautiful and you’re not” kind if guy and he was strong to boot. Ripley looked up to the guy. Looked up as in “I’m going to be better then you, and knock you down.”

Ripley never succeeded though thanks to Samuel and Red who not only freed his slaves but destroyed Ripley’s HQ and left him for Bishop to deal with himself.
