The owl looked up to Sarah for help. She hooted a few times trying to land on her shoulder. This older woman was a witch, a witch who could possibly help Ikki from being killed by a kitten!

Sarah jumped slightly at the sight of an owl trying grasp her shoulder, backing away when ever it attempted to land itself onto her. "You're a very cute Owl, but you can't sit on my shoulder.." She informed playfully, trying to motion the owl to sit on a low nearby branch next to them. "Is something troubling you? You look as if you're in danger.." She said, noting the owl was being alerting.

[Ooohkie dokes, just in time to antagonize my dear, sweet little birdie of a sister...however, I'm afraid that I have no grip whatsoever on Scar's personality, so Jinora over here's just going to be a little kitty. And to be quite honest, it probs won't be for an entire day.

She never expected these sorts of things to happen to her. but each time seemed to be even worse than the last. A turtleduck had been interestingly wonderful, so she had no clue whatsoever how being a...cat would turn out to be.

Jinora fell back onto her haunches at the sound of flapping wings and opened her mouth slightly to catch the scent of the bird. She slipped into a low position and began to silently stalk the animal.

She was hungry.

"Why is your hair funny looking? Can you still water bend? You cheated at the champion match didn't you!?"

"... you do so like questions, eh" he began wryly, lifting a single brow in question. The girl seemed to exude energy, a bright, glowing ball of radiant joy it almost stung him to watch. How did the young have so much vitality? Tahno found it hard to rise from his bed most days, and when he did, he cursed the sun to no end. 

"My hair is in no way funny looking, child," he intoned, flicking it back casually. "And we did not cheat. We merely used skills that referees normally... frown upon."

"Now, why is your hair so strange, little one?" he mused, lifting one hand to gesture at her bright yellow adornments. Tactfully, he was attempting to steer her away from the topic of his bending... it stung to have his pride pricked, even now. Perhaps she would become distracted and the topic would drop, but knowing his luck, the odds were most certainly not in his favor. Sardonically, Tahno chuckled, beneath his breath, a glimmer of ironic amusement shining in his gray gaze. 

His days had been reduced to being questioned by children. How quaint.

“Did you know that you’re my favorite sister in the whole wide world?” She looked at her older sister trying to play innocent. She was in deep trouble for “accidentally” tossing her sisters book in the pond.

"I'm your onlysister," she sighed. Ikki only tried to play this card when she'd done something she knew would tick her older sister off. "What have you done this time?"
