I really don’t know what to say… But it will pass and you’re gonna be okay in a little while. *Big big hugs*

I know how difficult situations like this can get. Find a safe spot, just a little place in your room/wherever you are and take a few minutes to breathe. Hopefully that will ease the feeling at least a little bit. Otherwise my inbox is always open <3

What always helps me when I’ve been there is remembering that it’ll pass. Whether you’re suffocating or void of feeling, it’ll always pass. Til it does put on your favorite songs, curl into bed and decide not to move, whatever it takes. -hugs-

*hugs* if you sit quietly and try to feel/hear your own heartbeat, your brain focuses on your body and it helps calm you down :)

I know exactly how it feels to be on that edge :/ And in all honesty, I don’t really know how to fix it. But talking helps. So I’m here :)

I know how those days can be. Sometimes when I’m like that it helps to just do what you’d do if you were having a full blown attack. *HUGS*
Wow, I honestly wasn't expecting such an impassioned response - thank you all so, so much. It means the world just to know I'm not going through this alone, and that other people have experienced similar things. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. The advice you've all given is really wonderful, and I'll definitely try things out when I need to.
You're all the best<3333
