I really wish that the new special chapter coming out this month of Dorohedoro for s2 has something to do with Risu and Aikawa, like them being together in school or being together in general b4 Risu's death, because we know that they’re both really close with each other but we don’t really see how or why.

Aikawa is popular and well liked in school by classmates with how friendly and helpful he is, but for some reason he clicked with Risu, so much so that they consider each other partners within a year or so of meeting each other and considers him a “loved one” and his "one and only" (The info for the timelines is in the Dorohedoro-Bon guide book thing, sorry I'm not sure what the actual name of the book is since it doesn't have an official english translation, I have it though lol.)

I was thinking that maybe since Risu was the only cross-eyed person in the school Aikawa felt like he had some sort of responsibility to convince him to leave the gang or something since he knows what Kai/Hole's goal is and since he has this urge to help people in general, but eventually grew closer to Risu and such. But i'm not sure.

I especially want to know more about their relationship since it is really stressed throughout the series how close they were, how everyone acknowledges how bonded they are, how Aikawa is always over Risu's place that he even has his own extra mattress and has the place memorized even after 2 years of memory loss, and how they both constantly think of each other.

They're obviously so important to each other and I just wish we got to see more of them together before Risu's death and all the crazy shit that happens than just like 3 flashbacks, and i'm just really hoping we do for the upcoming chapter, and if not then at least I hope to see Risu as a devil with Asu <3
