Honestly it feels like this rebrand isn't a good idea. I get that the victims might want certain asks or info deleted or private but with that and no links or info it's just helping harmful members of the fandom get away with what they did.
I highly recommend ditching the 'lyric' system of proof, which seems to only be for an aesthetic... not exactly a good idea if you want to be taken seriously. Hunter harassed, stalked, and hurt real people. If you're trying to be informative and warn others, you should keep information as clear and easy to understand for as many people as possible.
The rebrand was not even our idea.
The theme was, but that ultimately was not our choice, it was either rebrand or delete the blog. At this point I see why [REDACTED] believed what they were told because we are not even part of the original mod team and yet we are being treated as criminals for... Complying?
Not to mention [REDACTED]'s headmate being demonized & when anyone defends said headmate, including said headmate's partner, it is seen as an attack.
We are trying our best to be as anti-inflammatory as possible but dealing with any of this is genuinely pressing some buttons, especially for Bay who is the more emotional of us two.
Again, this is not meant to be inflammatory towards anyone nor seen as an attack but I do have to wonder, as some asks were outright strangers and not even Hunter knew who the asks came from when he was manipulating [REDACTED] and their system, what exactly did they do in order to upset so many people.
^ Obviously, he could have simply lied to them and been the one to send the asks, but I digress.
Also, we were outright told to delete the posts. All of them. Bay hid the important posts, so they do still exist. I am able to show what was said to Z for her to pass on to us.
As a note, any decisions about this blog going forward regarding extreme changes are caused by being told to by someone in the PokéAsk Community and are not our own choices.
