Me: 🤷

Kiddo: "An Orca-stra!"

The younger kidlet was ranting that they're "nonbinary, actually agender" & were unhappy with Grammie for always calling them a girl, when the older kidlet interjected with, "I don't even know what I am, except not a girl."

I gave the labels as magnets as analogy, because it's okay to not know, or change your mind.

Then the younger kidlet says, "So they're like clothes!" I looked at them with a question mark face & they continued, "If they don't fit... or make you unhappy, you can just take them off... change to different clothes."

Older kidlet adds wonderingly, "or just tear the labels off!"

Queue amazement at my kids again. They're so awesome.
