I think most people think I’m shy, quiet, friendly - once they get to know me a little better they think I’m kinda funny? sarcastic? idk and then people that are my close friends just know that my soul is constantly on the brink of death leo: what makes you the most confident? Confident for what? I am always equipped with a healthy dose of anxiety and self-doubt BUUUT the last time I felt very confident was when I was taking my birds midterm and I zoomed through the 30 matching/true/false questions and I felt good about it. Talk about your favorite tv show of all time (or one of them) Hands down West Wing is my favorite tv show ever (is anyone who is reading this surprised) it’s like an old friend...I love the ensemble cast and watching them function as a team to create something greater than themselves and it just makes you feel so good?? And I like how Sorkin almost rubs the “smartness” of the show in your face because it is rather difficult to keep up with some of the plot lines and the things they talk about but I enjoy that challenge and I think it keeps you really engaged and invested in the show? And it’s not a sensational show with ridiculous plot lines but it still makes me feel the entire range of human emotions and I just…love…The West Wing…

3. Talk about a movie, or an aspect of one that you think people don’t get or misunderstand I can’t answer this I’m sorry

4. Talk about a film you think is underrated I really liked Gattaca and I think people forget it exists but…I really…enjoyed it…and I cried…I think…when we watched it in class. Also ~aesthetic~ wise I thought it was very pretty and soothing

14. What’s a character, from film or television, that you relate to a lot? On a more…superficial? level I relate a lot to Jane from Tarzan HAHA because she likes animals and likes to draw and she’s a little sassy but very eager to learn and help and…I just want to be Jane tbh

16. What’s a movie you didn’t expect to like but ended up loving In retrospect…I don’t love it but I enjoyed it more than I think I would,  Baz Luhrman’s The Great Gatsby? I loved how outlandish and extravagant he made it and the weird freaking soundtrack. It was a very interesting interpretation in my opinion. ALSO just because I want to talk about it – I did not expect to like The Book of Mormon because I’m not really a fan of South Park and I guess crude humor and shit jokes but…I love this musical???? It really is very unexpected but the lyrics and music are so well written and performed (at least from the OBC recording) it’s hilarious and I adore it.

18. What was the first movie or show that made you cry? According to my mom it was A Bug’s Life (A VERY UNDERRATED PIXAR MOVIE IN MY OPINION) whenever they made Flik leave

20. What’s a movie that caused you to become scared of something? Deep Impact, which is a movie about Elijah Wood discovering a giant asteroid about to hit earth, scared the shit out of me because everyone got separated from their families and an astronaut is blown into space and one is blinded and they eventually go on a suicide mission and it traumatized me A LOT but mostly because I was 8 when I watched it.

22. What do you think is the funniest movie ever made? Chicken Run and maybe Bee Movie

24. What do you think is the scariest movie ever made? …I have no idea BUT. That episode of The Twilight Zone where this dude is the last man on earth but he has his books to read but then he breaks his glasses FUCKED ME UP. That’s pretty terrifying. It’s not a movie. I can’t follow directions.

26. What do you think is the saddest show ever? I think TV shows in general aren’t supposed to make you sad? Like at the finale of the season no one is ever really sad about what happens…I guess maybe House of Cards but that’s more incendiary than anything else… If 5 Centimeters per Second counts as a show (a trilogy or however many parts it was)…that was pretty depressing…

28. What do you think is the worst adaptation of a book? The first one that immediately comes to mind is My Sister’s Keeper because they turned it into a completely different story and…I mean on its own it would be a decent movie but as an adaptation of the original novel it completely changes the purpose and meaning behind the story and even the author was like “I don’t condone this” so you kinda fucked up there… I also didn’t really like the movie interpretation of The Guardians of Ga’Hoole because it was my favorite book series as a child but they condensed everything and simplified a bunch of stuff and I was just disappointed…

30. What’s a movie or show you love but often forget about? …Chicken Run…again
