her name is aixi akins! she's what the folks like to call a "supervillain" but is also comedically bad at her job. she's kind of semi-immortal in that nobody knows how old she is, or if she was ever a person to begin with. she's just evil for the sake of it <3 and i love her for it <3 campiest character i have and it's
her alias is the chaos queen, but she's well known by both her alias and her name.
her general powerset is. god how do i explain this. she defines herself as a "postmortal" being, which boils down to she has a lot of general enhancements to her being. higher vertical, greater strength, etc etc. she's trying to take over the world in order to turn everyone into postmortals, which basically means killing everyone and then reviving them as "better" versions of themselves. nobody wants this.
