Last year the NYC based design firm created for Aizone 3d environments inspired by 2d pop art paintings with the help of body painter Anastasia Durasova and set builds by Sing-Sing. “This year, along with the same team, they brought psychedelic and constructivist worlds to life, complete with trippy optical illusions and a pink painted horse. Cette série de photo fait partie d’une campagne publicitaire réalisée en 2015 pour Aizone : un magasin de vêtements du moyen orient à Dubaï. Les supports mesurent 4 mètres par 3 mètres.
Les visuels sont basés sur l’idée du trompe l’oeil, mais en inversion. Le concept est de rendre une image 3D en 2D. L’agence reprend les codes de l’illustration et du dessin en deux dimensions. Les créatifs retravaillent des décors directement à la peinture en accentuant et en cernant les formes des objets : Contours des sacs, aplatissement des rendus, etc...
Cette campagne peut faire référence à Roy Lichtenstein par les jeux de trames et de couleurs très vives.
