People Magazine article on my weight-loss journey. They were SO kind, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. I mean, if I can lose 180+ lbs, ANYONE can do it!

**As a needed aside, HEALTHY and BEAUTIFUL come in many, many sizes...however, I was no longer healthy when I changed how I ate. I did NOT go on a "diet." Diets don't work -- you must change how you eat...forever. And, I wouldn't have changed how I ate (and still eat) had it not been for the fact that I was 21 and was facing an early death on TOP of my debilitating, painful, degenerative illnesses and deformities. I never, ever, EVER believe in invasive, dangerous, body and organ-altering SURGERY. Yeah...just don't. Please.**
