i mean, i would understand Tigerstar II, kind of. but Scourge and the first Tigerstar are probably not good cats to kin. probably because they've killed multiple other cats and one of them literally managed to kill StarClan cats.

Honestly, I think Toon would kin Jayfeather or smth (maybe Lionblaze lol). If we're going by "very identical to parent/grandparent) then Tigerstar II or Bramblestar.
