Something's just occurred to me, dude: Kaneki hasn't told a soul about what Jason did to him, but what if... he tells Hide? Once they have some alone time to catch up. Since Kaneki would probably feel like he owes Hide for cutting him out of his life, do you think Kaneki would tell him everything? :c

Aaaa, you’re right, he really hasn’t confided in anyone about that ):Kaneki’s obviously very closed up about his feelings, and I’m sure it would probably be immensely difficult for him to open up about something like that. We still don’t know how he’ll feel about Hide, knowing he’s alive. He told Amon that something like that would scare him, so part of me is afraid that that’ll influence Kaneki to put that distance between himself and Hide again, but I really hope they learn from their past mistakes and stop distancing themselves from each other for the sake of the other person.

If Kaneki opens up to Hide about something as personal and traumatic as his torture, I have a feeling it would have to occur around the same time that Hide opens up to Kaneki as well. Something tells me that Kaneki probably knows no more about Hide than we do, that’s to say, he knows very little if anything.
