“At first, this trip was fantastic, I couldn’t find a single thing wrong with it. The beach, pools, everything. It wasn’t until I got my fake ID snapped in front of me that I realized we had a problem. I don’t know what else I’m going to do at night because sleeping is out the window and having a heart to heart with my roommate is another thing I desire to live without. Plus, now I have to spend more money no a new one. Fuck, nineteen is such a filler year.”

“Think fast!” Andy grinned before tossing the ball over the net at the person walking past. He’d been trying to find people for an hour to start up a game of volleyball with him on the beach, but so far he’d gotten dirty looks and flipped off like three times.

“Just like riding a bike, right?” The girl’s dark hair blew around her face as she stood holding her board, unsure of whether or not to actually attempt to surf after it’d been over a year. The waves were great, the sun was shining, all she needed to do was start by dipping a toe in the water. Thus far, she got as close as the lifeguard’s chair and remained firmly planted in that spot.

“So I’m rooming with ... Lux and Kat.” he said too himself, hoping that wasn’t going to be too awkward after his and Kat’s recent drunken conversation. He looked around for a moment, praying they could make it work considering what a great trip this had the potential to me. “This seems like it’s going to be fun.”
