I don’t know about you, but the last couple days my mental health has been a little rocky. I LOVE the idea of Superhero Therapy and Geek Therapy, so I’ve been looking forward to checking out this one. Dr. Janina Scarlet bumped up the release of Supernatural Therapy twice with everything going on in the world right now, and I love people who are more concerned with helping people and getting resources out rather than the money or added promotional time.

So I’m just sharing this IN CASE it’s something YOU WANT to check out! It gives you a preview on Amazon so you can make an informed decision yourself.

I just know I could use a little extra inspiration and support in these times and it helps me when it’s related to something important to me. I adore you all and wanted to give you the same chance in case you’ve never heard of her 🤗

Writing shouldn't be something you do for people or for followers. Writing should be something you do for yourself. Writing should be that time when you can let yourself go and just write the stories that are in your mind. A time to let the voices in your head be free. Writing should be something you're proud of. Getting feedback feels amazing, I know, but you should love and always embrace your work first. Love yourself first. Writing, blogging, or anything in life shouldn't be for the fame or the followers. Yes. It's cool to have people who support you but it's not the point. For me, the point of having a blog & writing it's about having fun, friends, somewhere where I can share.
