Brownies! I love walnuts in my brownies, but my kids are texture-monkeys, so I only put them on top and only on 1/3 of the pan. This way, they get beautifully toasted while the batter bakes and they can be easily picked off by walnut haters! #sugarporn #baking #brownies #chocolate #redwine #akfood

A year ago today, Kimberley Hasselbrink published this post about her visit to Cordova.

“Cordova is a place that’s defined by the presence of water in so many forms: the frequent strings of wet, drizzly days, the mountains and the valleys forged over millennia by glaciers and rivers, and the grand mud flats, braided rivers, and meandering tributaries of the Copper River Delta. Not to mention the sea.”
