Reposted from @finding.akhilanda - Finding Akhilanda • 2 years ago I started reading about Akhilandeshwari. The Hindu Goddess who is 'never not broken.' Akhilanda derives her power from always being in flux, in pieces and time and time again rebuilding stronger than ever. Her message shook me to my core back then and still resonates deep within my soul. We as beings are constantly changing, our very existence is temporary. We have all heard of phrases such as ‘heartbroken,’ feeling ‘in pieces,’ etc. Often these sentiments carry negative connotations such as weakness or failure. What if, instead of trying to become 'at one' with ourselves, or 'whole' we actually adopt this message from Akhilanda and embrace our ability to continue on and grow? In our brokenness we are human, we are limitless. Everyday we have the opportunity to make the choice to shift our perspective and recreate ourselves and by extension the rest of the world. I hope this message will touch you today. I believe through the practise of mindfulness, yoga and making conscious choices that serve and benefit us, we can all realise our strength and take comfort in the fact that we are all broken and see the beauty in that. ❤️ #akhilandeshvari #goddess #vulnerabilityisstrength #consciousness #love #yogapractice #india #shakti #shetravels https://www.instagram.com/p/BzEzCiqh6tL/?igshid=s4frjhpzga30
